About Personal Injury

If you have suffered an injury caused by another person (or by a company), you may be entitled to compensation. The injury might be to your body, or it might be to your reputation or employment status. Common kinds of cases where you can recover compensation for your damages, called “torts”, include:

Assault and Battery,
False Arrest and False Imprisonment,
Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress,
Torts Arising from Sexual Misconduct,
Defamation (libel and slander),
Invasion of Privacy,
Intentional Interference with Property,
Negligent injury, including vehicle collisions,
Landowner liability,
Professional malpractice,
Drunk driving and liability of the bar or restaurant who served the drunk driver,
Products liability,
Nuisance,
Toxic torts,
Misuse of legal procedure,
Intentional interference with economic relations, such as contracts or business opportunities,
Discrimination claims,
Employment claims, including wrongful termination, and
Wrongful death.

If you have been the victim of any of the above kinds of torts, caused either intentionally, recklessly or negligently, I may be able to accept your case on a “no recovery/no fee” basis.  Call or e-mail me for a free consultation.

I handle cases in all of Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Terrebonne, Sisters, Prineville, Powell Butte, Metolius, Camp Sherman, Culver, Chemult, and Crescent, and the rural areas of Deschutes, Jefferson Crook and Northern Klamath Counties.
